Meet our founder
Sarah is a versatile and passionate consultant who has spent the last 10 years between Paris, Singapore, Brussels, and Lisbon. Communications Strategist, Equity & Justice Consultant, Podcast Host and Workshop Creator, her core interests are social justice, intersectional feminism, and empowerment strategies for marginalised folks.
During her career, she has served as a Youth Ambassador for UN Women, an expert advisor on intersectionality for the Council of Europe North-South Centre, a moderator for the World Democracy Forum, and a consultant for the Black Feminist Fund.
After starting her career in one of the most renowned international advertising agencies, her last position was as Strategist for one of the European Commission's Communication agencies.
For the past 4 years as a self-employed consultant, Sarah has diversified her activities, secured international clients, and matched her income to the lifestyle she wanted for herself and her loved ones.
But What if You Thrive was created as a transparent way of sharing the tools and methods that have been key to her career, for the benefit of all brilliant people with ambition and big dreams, but not always access to privileged networks and well-kept secrets.
In the forms of workshops, one on one confidence-boosting calls or tailor-made dynamics events, people that experience her work never leave unchanged.
